Bringing your class to LinguaFest? Here is what to know before you sign up below.

Roundtable in Romanian, from 09:30 — sign-up required.Stands and the language fair, from 11:00 — free access, no sign-up.Workshops are chosen on site, after lunch — two per pupil.Guided tour of The Youth — optional, separate sign-up.The group counts as pupils + teacher; we do not collect pupils' names.Only bring pupils who have their parents' written consent for activities outside school (the consent that covers the whole school year) — you keep it, you do not send it to us.If places run out, the group joins the waiting list — we email you if places free up.

The group counts as pupils + teacher. We do not collect pupils' names.

For example: wheelchair access, sign-language interpreter, allergies or dietary restrictions. We contact you to arrange them.

This form contains personal data. The organisers undertake not to disclose any of the information in this form to third parties. Email addresses will be used to send connection details, information about the event and the satisfaction questionnaire. If photographs/videos are taken during the event, by completing this form I consent to their publication on the website and/or social media channels of ANPCDEFP and of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Translation. These photographs/videos will not be used for commercial purposes. Data controller: the National Youth Foundation (FNT). Data is shared with the co-organisers ANPCDEFP and the European Commission's Directorate-General for Translation, solely to organise the event. Data is stored on FNT's server and deleted 30 days after the event (25 October 2026).
